We have studied the craft of making artisan ice cream for 50 years and are humbled that sampling our flavours has become synonymous with a visit to Beddgelert. Made daily, our ice cream is made with quality, Welsh milk and butter, while our sorbet is made with fresh fruit. We champion local businesses in Wales, using locally sourced ingredients wherever we can. We are a carbon neutral company, offsetting our carbon foot print since 2021.
